Well....Months of planing and Preparation has come down to One Single Day, 25th of Oct....and everyone has really came a long way ...and that nite was spetacular..thx to every single person dedication in this event.
My role in this event is being the Multimedia Coordinator...meaning i'm responsible for the videos, LCD projections and video recording of the event. Preperation for the event was abit hectic as there were quite a number of videos to edit .. and thus its quite a workload I hav to deal with...
On that day ... everyone was so excited...I reached the ballroom around 11am and start setting up and making some final preperations at 12pm ... At night the event started at 6.45 .. The event flow was abit of a mess in the front part but then all went well after that ... till it came to drama when we faced some problems wif the lighting and the multimedia...yea .. I kinda screwed up a little....I gotta admitt I was abit "off" that nite... at the ending part SoonYew ask all HMers to go up the stage and Hell Yea I went up the stage... we sang History Maker song together with the worship team and its trully a moment to be remembered !!!
After the event I was trully worn out ... and it's not only me ... i guess everyone involved that nite has trully stretch themselves to the limit..
Besides enjoying the event....I also enjoy the process of making this event come true..
Dreaming is easy , Making it happen is hard
